The Velcro closure buckle can be adjusted in height. The black bag is also made from water-repellent polyester. Safety has also been taken into account: the bag is equipped with reflective sides and a mounting option for LED lighting. Do you have heavier items in your bag? If so, you can combine the bag with the Basil Distance Holder (sold separately). You can easily attach Basil City panniers using the MIK system.
