These Conditions describe the terms applicable to the services and contents offered through the ONVELOCYCLING.COM website, and regulate the legal relations between THE COMPANY and the client.

Access to the website is free and free of charge, the use of the website implies unreserved acceptance of all the Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must refrain from using this page.

The visit to the eCommerce site by the user must be done responsibly and in accordance with current legislation, good faith, these Conditions and respecting the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by THE COMPANY or any other natural or legal person.

The use of any of the contents of the website for purposes that are or could be illegal is totally prohibited, as well as the performance of any action that causes or may cause damage or alterations of any kind not consented to by THE COMPANY, to the eCommerce site or its contents.

The website and the products and services offered by LAEMPRESA are aimed at adults with sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Conditions of Use. It is possible that the use of certain services or the contracting of some goods or services is subject to special complementary conditions that will require the express consent and that will prevail in any case over these general conditions.

The use of the services provided by LAEMPRESA and the purchase on the Web requires registration as a user on the Web. In order to complete the registration, a series of personal data must be provided, which must be true and accurate. You can consult our privacy policy.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a message confirming receipt of the order, as well as information on the shipping and billing of the order placed. In this message you will also receive an order code and a link that will allow you to track the status of your order.

Way to pay

The acquisition of services or products through ONVELEOCYCLING.COM allows different forms of payment.

Prices

The prices of the products are those indicated in the description attached to them. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in the Euro currency (€) and include Value Added Tax (V.A.T.).

Send conditions

The purchase is subject to the payment of shipping costs, at the buyer's expense. The shipping costs will depend on the destination and the total amount of the order, the costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you can check how much the shipping costs amount to before finalizing the purchase.

THE COMPANY will not be responsible for the delay in the delivery of orders for reasons not attributable to it, as well as for fortuitous cases or force majeure.

Exchange and return policy

Changes

For changes, you have up to 14 days from receipt of the product to send it to THE COMPANY, following the steps of the Returns and Exchanges Form.

The exchange options we offer are the following:

    • Changes for products of the same value: the change is made and no additional charge or return is generated.

    • Changes for products of lesser value: a refund of money will be made in your favor for the difference between the new product (of lesser value) and the product initially purchased (of greater value). This value will be credited to the card used in the original transaction or, if applicable, to PayPal. You must take into account that it takes 2 to 3 business days for the disbursement to be reflected on the card.

    • Changes for higher value products: the product must be returned and a new order generated.

Returns

Use the Contact Form indicating the subject “returns and refunds” next to the order number.

ONVELÓ CYCLING is not responsible for the collection and shipping of returns. Returns where there is no defect in quality or quantity must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt. The customer bears the shipping costs. In the case of products over €50, a handling cost of 10% of the value of the product is added. The difference would be refunded to the customer.

The refund will be made with the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.

Consumer Goods Warranty

As a client, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (in hereinafter "TRLGDCU").

Consequently, you have the right of withdrawal, which consists in the fact that you can cancel the contract concluded without the need to justify your decision during the fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the acquired good or from the conclusion of the contract if it is of a provision of services.

You must express your intention to withdraw within the indicated period and proceed to return the product, reimbursing you the price paid.

If you have problems with products or services purchased on this website, you can file a claim through the dispute resolution platform of the European Union here.

THE COMPANY reserves the right to refuse to accept the claim submitted through the platform.

Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses

If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said provision, subsisting these General Conditions in everything else, taking such provision as not included.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish law. THE COMPANY and the user agree to submit disputes that may arise in relation to the contracting of products or services subject to these General Conditions, to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
