How to buy?

The purchase process is simple and in a few minutes you can have your order placed. You must add the products you want to the cart and finalize your purchase by making the payment. Previously, you will have to provide us with your information through a small form so that we can make the shipment. AGAINST REIMBURSEMENT

There is an additional commission from the express courier company of 6.5% of the order (minimum commission of € 6.50). You must pay the amount of the order in cash to the courier who will deliver it. This form of payment is only valid for mainland Spain.

Split your purchase into 3, 6 or 12 installments. No paperwork.

How much will I pay for shipping costs?

The maximum amount of shipping costs is € 12 for orders under € 300. From € 300, shipping costs are free for the entire peninsula (except for orders weighing more than 2001 kg). In any case, the amount to be paid will appear at the time of placing the order.

How and when will I receive it?

At the time of placing the order, the usual delivery time will appear, which is usually 48-72 hours for products in stock and 5 days for other products. The delivery times indicated are informative and based on the average calculated in working days. Occasionally there may be longer delays, in this case the customer may unilaterally withdraw from the order, replacing the amounts paid in the order.

Can I return the order?

If the order does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within a maximum period of 14 days, but in this case the shipping costs are borne by the customer as established by law.

What if it arrives broken?

All our merchandise travels insured, so if you receive an item in poor condition, you have the right to immediate replacement at no cost. In order to process the claim to the agency, we need you to send us a photograph showing the damage within a maximum period of 24 hours to info@onvelocycling.com.

What is the guarantee of my order?

Any manufacturer, by law, is obliged to give a guarantee of at least 2 years.

What if the order does not arrive?

At any time you can check the status of your order from our website. You can also send us an email to info@onvelocycling.com indicating the order number and we will respond as soon as possible. You can also call us by phone at 931438584.

Guaranteed Minimum Price Policy

From Onvelo cycling we are committed to offering the Guaranteed Minimum Price to all our clients. The customer has to request the price adjustment before finalizing the order or before making the payment by transfer.

Below we describe some conditions to be able to benefit from our guaranteed minimum price policy:

· The product found to be cheaper must be the same as the one purchased: new, in its original packaging, without having been used, and with the official manufacturer's warranty in Spain, as we sell them.

· The product purchased must have been purchased under the same form of payment (cash on delivery, card, transfer or PayPal) and under the same conditions. Likewise, the final price will always be compared (VAT and shipping included).

· Prices found on the Auction website will not be valid.
