OnVeló participated for the first time in the La Barroca Cyclotourist March, held in Girona. Five of us took part in this march of almost 400 people. And we're looking forward to returning next year.

Southeast of Sant Aniol de Finestres, straddling the Llémena and Hostoles valleys, lies the area of La Barroca, an old village comprised of a cluster of isolated farmhouses, some of which are still inhabited today. The hermitage of Sant Andreu de la Barroca, formerly used as a rural parish church, stands as an ecclesiastical landmark.
The route runs through the landscapes of the Vall de Llémena, La Garrotxa, and La Selva, covering 146 kilometers and 2,440 meters of elevation gain. It starts from the town of Sant Gregori. At one point, it follows the road to the Susqueda Reservoir, which led us towards the reservoir and alongside the Ter River. The most beautiful part of the route.
We did the long 146km walk. There were many aid stations and even costumed characters entertaining the crowds along the way.
