Price them right. ”This was the mission statement that Finish Line ™ was launched on and the one that continues to guide Finish Line today. In 1988, the availability of technically advanced bicycle lubricants that improved the performance of sophisticated transmissions gearbox was extremely limited. Domestic lubricants simply did not address the specific lubrication requirements of bicycles and the wide range of conditions in which they were used. In March 1988 Henry (Hank) Krause, fresh out of the ranks of Mobil Corporation, founded Finish Line Technologies, Inc.
