If you're looking for pure speed on the asphalt, the Bontrager Aeolus RSL TLR road tires are for you. This is a very competitive package, with an extremely flexible structure, which is combined with a Race Dual compound to fly on the bike.
The Race-Dual compound uses a firm, soft rubber in the center of the contact patch, which is key for straight-line speed. Do you also need to fly through the curves? A softer compound on the tire sidewall increases cornering grip.
