At 48mm wide, the Oracle Ridge hits the sweet spot between a narrow gravel tire (38mm) and mountain bike volume (55mm), ideal for the latest generation of gravel and all-terrain bikes.Available in brown or the Oracle 85th Anniversary in black. We developed Oracle Ridge together with cycling legend Lael Wilcox, and named it after one of Lael's favorite routes: Oracle Ridge is a beautiful gravel climb just outside of Tucson, AZ, that connects to the back of Mount Lemmon for an ultra-fast descent on pavement. On gravel climbs, this tire grips tenaciously thanks to its high, widely spaced knobs. On the way down, it takes corners like a slippery slope thanks to its large, strategically placed knobs that don't twist and always put the same amount of rubber on the road.Oracle Ridge features our noise cancellation technology: staggered tread blocks create overlapping noise frequencies that partially cancel each other out. The Oracle Ridge's speed, grip, and lack of noise make you forget you're driving on rough terrain, until you hit loose or muddy terrain and appreciate the extra grip. The Endurance casing is reinforced to provide additional sidewall protection and puncture resistance, while maintaining the speed and comfort that Rene Herse tires are famous for. The Oracle Ridge is tubeless compatible. For a tubeless setup, we recommend SealSmart sealant. When used with tubes, we recommend SV19 or SV19A tubes.
