Galfer bike road disc wave ø140mm

Description

The new Galfer Bike Disc Wave are fixed type and are manufactured in high carbon stainless steel by laser cutting. They then go through the tempering processes, painted black with anti-corrosion cataphoresis treatment, final grinding and roughness treatment, giving them an excellent final finish. Galfer applies the same processes and quality controls on its road cycling discs as on those it manufactures for MotoGP or WSBK, among other motorcycling competitions where Galfer has a prominent presence. For the design of the new Road disc, the engineers have been inspired by the high speed of road competition racers, always seeking the maximum reduction in weight and maximum resistance. This gives a final product of 64 grams for the ø140mm model, and 79 grams for the ø160mm. The new Road Galfer Bike Disc Wave brake discs have been developed and manufactured in Spain and have undergone a multitude of tests, designs, prototypes, laboratory tests and asphalt tests. Among the testers, it is worth highlighting the collaboration of former professional racer Santi Segú, who has subjected the new Galfer Bike road discs to an intense test.
