Longovit 360 Gel is an energy gel specifically formulated for long distances or activities longer than 90 minutes.Whether you choose the 30g or 50g carbohydrate version, the gel formulation goes much further including Sodium, amino acids, vitamin C and Thiamine. But the formulation also has a "little secret": Harpagofito Extract that acts as a natural anti-inflammatory.In the development process we have taken into account the different needs of an athlete, and as they are the same at all times, you will find 4 formulations available: 30g CHO without caffeine, 30g CHO with 60mg caffeine, 50g CHO without caffeine and 50g CHO with 100mg of Caffeine.

30g or 50g of carbohydrates: You have 2 different amounts of progressively assimilated carbohydrates available for you to choose based on your needs.
