More information
ISOTONIC DRINK POWDER. PROFESSIONAL REHYDRATING AND RECOVERING DRINK
ELECTROLYTIC DRINK BASED ON CARBON HYDRATES, VITAMINS AND MINERALS
WITHOUT GLUTEN
Helps to maintain the level of resistance in prolonged exercises
During physical exercise we lose water, sodium and potassium, this leads to a significant decrease in performance as exercise is prolonged and to a functional deterioration of muscles and tendons.
What are isotonic drinks?
Isotonic drinks, such as ISOPOER, are drinks especially indicated for the rehydration of athletes. They provide electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium that are lost during sports due to sweating. These isotonic drinks contain in some cases carbohydrates to provide energy as well as added substances such as vitamins and minerals and in some cases of professional isotonic drinks such as ISOPOWER, they also contain Glutamine or antioxidants such as procyanidins to improve the absorption of water and sodium and to prevent cramps. muscular.
ISOPOWER is a sports supplement and a drink with electrolytes and other nutrients, which helps to hydrate, recovering lost water and above all sodium and potassium, thus increasing performance also due to its contribution of carbohydrates and antioxidants.
ISOPOWER is an isotonic drink that contains moderately high amounts of sodium and potassium that have been shown to be effective in rehydration in scientific studies.
Sodium is important because it stimulates both the intestinal absorption of glucose and water in the small intestine and is the ion that most favors extracellular rehydration. On the other hand, potassium is the most important ion when it comes to replenishing water in intracellular compartments, its addition to the formula allows proper hydration.
The amount of sodium contained in the ISOPOWER isotonic drink powder is above that of most conventional isotonic drinks on the market that contain insufficient amounts of sodium to reach rehydration.
A novelty in ISOPOWER is the content of antioxidants such as vitamins E or C, selenium and especially the necessary amount of Pine Extract to combat the excess of free radicals produced during exercise that reduce performance. It is one of the reasons why ISOPOWER is a professional isotonic drink, valid for professional or amateur use if an effective supplement is required.
Pine extract, a natural antioxidant, has been shown to have rapid absorption and anti-inflammatory action in intense exercise. This sports supplement also prevents muscle cramps and muscle pain during and after exercise. Its bioavailability and rapid action are two very positive factors to consider when including it in the formula.
The inclusion of carbohydrates and L-Glutamine helps to increase the intestinal absorption of water and sodium and provide energy during physical exercise, delaying the onset of fatigue. Due to the high sodium content of this sports supplement, it is advisable to ask your doctor if a diet low in salt has been indicated.
