The PF30 road bottom bracket shells are 68mm wide like BB30, but have a larger diameter, 46mm, so the bearings in the cups can fit inside the helmet. This kit contains all the parts you need to install a Quarq or SRAM 24 / 22mm spindle crank on a BB30 road or cyclocross bike. The package comes with two CeramicSpeed cups and bearings installed. There are two options Standard and Coated. Both feature super soft CeramicSpeed balls mounted on hardened steel races. The coatings have an additional feature: a 3 micron thick metallic layer on the races. This addition makes racing smoother and harder, reducing drag and increasing life.
