Race Day Bars are a variation of the Endurance Fuel Bar (60g), being thinner (40g), easier to carry, and easier to chew.
The main features of these bars are:
Reduced size and 40g weight.
The amount of fig has been increased and the amount of date reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index, providing energy while reducing insulin spikes.
One bar contains between 124-135 kcal and 21-25g of carbohydrates, depending on the flavor.
Nuts have been removed to make them easier to eat and aid digestion.
They contain pumpkin seeds, which give them a firm texture and provide healthy fats and proteins.
With organic ingredients such as dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, and sultanas.
A vitamin complex with 10 vitamins at 50% of the NRV has been added.
