Road tested
Stage power meters have accompanied athletes on their way to three consecutive victories in the Tour de France and many national and world champion titles. If we consider racing to be the toughest test bed for the best products, the Stages power meter has proven to be the best.
Active Temperature Compensation (ATC) as standard feature
The most important function of a power meter is to provide consistent performance data. The Stages Powermeter was the first power meter to implement temperature compensation as an automated process, ensuring accurate measurements in any environmental conditions. ATC is the key factor for accurate power measurement and the reason athletes can always rely on Stages Power.
Independent calibration for maximum precision measurement
Each Stages Powermeter is individually calibrated. It guarantees +/-1.5% measurement accuracy and is the best in the industry for non-scientific power measurement systems.
Stages Power R for additional compatibility or the ability to upgrade an existing Stages Power L to a Stages Power LR.
Although not a widespread problem, there are some bike models (e.g. Cervelo P5 or others with direct mount brakes) that the Stages Power L is not compatible with due to housing interference of the power meter with the frame/brake. The Stages Power R allows for improved compatibility with these models. It also opens up the possibility of upgrading existing Stages Power L systems to Stages Power LR (double-sided).
