Electric scooters

They are small vehicles that hardly take up space as they are foldable in most cases. With some of them, an adult can reach up to 45 kilometers per hour although there are also less powerful models that have lower speeds that are more suitable for children. The electric scooter has become an alternative to private cars or motorcycles for intra-urban trips since it avoids the typical parking problems. Furthermore, electric scooters are much more environmentally friendly because they do not emit polluting gases. For all these reasons, the demand for them does not stop growing year after year.

Most electric scooters usually weigh 10 to 15 kilos, depending on the model.

Many have a side stand incorporated to hold them upright when we get off them.

Electric scooters have a gel, lead or lithium battery. Lithium batteries are the ones that provide the most power.

Batteries typically take 2 to 8 hours to charge.

They also often have brakes for added driving safety and some have a built-in headlight for night driving along with a taillight to indicate position and braking.
